MANAGING DIRECTOR

Wendy is our Managing Director and sets out the direction for the ways2win business tendering organisation, winning competitive tenders on behalf of clients throughout the UK and internationally. With professional clinical qualifications – and having held senior management positions within the NHS – Wendy understands how to win public sector tenders.

Wendy works closely with procurement professionals, helping them to reach more companies that want to compete for public sector and private sector contracts. Buyers receive increased options as the number and quality of applications increases, and suppliers become aware of more opportunities. Through working with procurement professionals, Wendy gets an insight into the latest tender evaluation processes.

Caroline has over a decade of experience in winning tenders for clients worth several million pounds.  She has worked for a variety of organisations across London, the South East and South West in managerial roles, always within Business Development functions, focusing mainly on client relationship management (CRM) and bid management.  A background in business development enables Caroline to bring innovative solutions to complex and competitive tenders improving win rates for clients.

Caroline’s particular tender completion experience is within the legal industry where she has tendered to both the public and private sectors.  Caroline’s organisational skills and attention to detail are second to none and she uses these skills to successfully complete complex and detailed tender responses.

Mark has a depth of experience in tender completion, bid writing and regeneration project development across the Public, Private and Third sectors.

Over 20 years experience in providing training for a variety of organisations seeking  Public Sector Funds, through, grants, commissioned services and tendering enables Ways2Win to offer a range of accredited Learning Materials.
