I founded ways2win after a question was asked of me "what lights your fire?" My response was instant - "winning!" Winning competitive tenders on behalf of clients throughout the nation, holds a highly satisfying result for me personally and our team. Ways2win's win rate is our focal point and one that we are proud of and re-evaluate every quarter.
My personal focus has been to align ourselves with the Public Sector Buyers' needs in order to deepen understanding and insight into what the current needs are and understanding the restriction that the Buyers are subject to. By understanding their restrictions and their needs as one package, we can do far more to help them get the result that they need and want. Therefore, the Public Sector receive greater value for money, supply that is entirely suited to their needs and greater room for innovative responses.
It is a privilege to be working in partnership with Public Sector Organisations with some of their contacts, to maximise responses from the SME business world for greater choice and value.

Rebecca Pearse Chief Operating Officer

I joined Ways2win after being inspired by a Procurement Training Course our Chairman was conducting in Exeter. I knew then that I wanted to work for a company that had such direction and positivity and joined the team in 2011.
I am the Chief Operating Officer at Ways2win and my personal focus is that of 'making it happen' with the help of a team of bid writers, sales team and administrative staff in our Exeter headquarters.
I have a wealth of experience gained from both the Corporate and Third Sector in the UK and Europe and Asia. In addition, I have experience of working with the Public Sector as the Third Sector Rep of the Children's Trust (Torbay) and the Torbay Strategic Partnership. I also chaired the Stronger and Healthier Strategic Partnership for Torbay Council as well as the Third Sector Consortium for Torbay.

I have over 10 years experience in sales and marketing, having worked for many years with a leading book publishers in Devon, and before that in communication and marketing for several leading London public art galleries.
My responsibility is to ensure absolute clarity of the tendering process you will be embarking on, and help you see the process as clear, the goals as achievable and your chances of winning - no matter how small your business - as absolutely possible.
